SOAX is a residential and mobile specialist built around targeting precision. Alongside a 191M+ residential pool it runs a 12M+ mobile network, and both can be filtered by country, region, city, carrier and ASN — a level of control most providers reserve for enterprise plans.
Rotation is equally configurable: you can set how long a session holds an IP, or rotate on every request, which is useful for account work and ad verification that needs a consistent identity. Residential starts at $4.00/GB and mobile at $6.00/GB, placing it firmly in the mid-market.
