Datacenter Proxy
An IP address hosted in a data centre rather than assigned to a home connection.
Datacenter proxies come from servers in commercial hosting facilities. They are fast and cheap because a provider can create thousands of them without partnering with an ISP, but their IP ranges are publicly known to belong to hosting providers, so strict targets block them readily. They remain the right choice for permissive sites and high-volume, low-sensitivity work.
